Neil J. Scum don’t pay the scum anything go to court, post the company everywhere, make sure you post on all search engines any any link that says there good. I will make sure there everywhere and cannot wait till they go bust scum bags. Any good comments are posted by themselves it’s easy to see this. They will lose, the site started out as rubbish they can only get lower thank god. Eventually they will change their name maybe , well we will be watching with enthusiasm, will drive these parasites to all ends and bring them down.
Carolyn G. Totally agree, we are in court with them in March, however it goes, we are not paying either. I actually did cancel, but by email, then didn't check that email address for a long time, and got a bill through. I had a feeling this was the only way they made money, taking a copy of this site with me to court, hope no one on here minds? We need the equivelent of a class action against them. Don't know how to set that up, but hope some of you lots get together and get it done!! While we all do it seperately, it looks like it's a simple dispute, but if we all get together, it will be apparent just what kind of business they run!!!! Let's hope they go bust, I will not be paying them however it turns out, unfair business policy, and downright scam!!! CG

We are just starting our business, we signed up with this company, we tried to cancel it before the expiry dat, we could not, We now sent an email to them, that we do not want to go with them anymore. They never replied that they got the email. We were surprise to see an invoice and debt recovery letter that we should pay £892.10 when we have not even made £100 in our company, this is heartbreaking. CANT THE GOVERMENT HELP GROWING COMPANY TO FIGHT THIS COURSE. GROWING company are trying to survive, QSL is trying to destroy it. GOVERNMENT COME TO OUR RESCUE.

This company are a complete scam!!!
I sent them an email yesterday saying that I would like to cancel my subscription and that they should accept this email as confirmation of my cancellation.
I then received an email back saying that I had to cancel on their website. I went on today and cancelled through their website. But it was too late-The trial ran out yesterday and I had to cancel yesterday on their website. Even though I stated in my email that I wanted to cancel. I received an email today saying I have been signed up for a years subscription costing £695.........arrrrrggghh!!!!
I have managed to cut this down to £175 using their early cancellation fee conditions....but this is still a ridiculous amount of money for a website that is no good anyway!!!
I spoke to the accounts manager twice today, she was extremely rude and even laughed when we were putting our case across- how infuriating!!!
I spoke to trading standards and they said there is nothing they can do.....if this is the case then so be it. But if there are any suggestions on how to avoid paying the fee.....I would REALLY appreciate it!

News is that we lost. It's a clear cut case of us not reading the T's & C's, which is what they rely on. The Judge had no choice, they took reasonable steps by replying to my request of; quote; is there anything else I should do if I want to cancel. They replied 5 days later saying that I should do so on the account to get a time and date stamp. The Judge said that 2 of those were not 'working' days and therefore 3 days was reasonable and didn't even take into account that I cancelled with about 15 minutes of activating the membership.
If you get it reduced, re the 7 day cooling off period, or whatever they have in place, take it and pay it. We ended up paying nearly a grand to them.
I will join up with anyone who wants to get us together to take on a class action against them as they are unethical and I still believe that the bulk of their income is duping unsuspecting companies out of hard earned money. Phil E. is a strong supporter of this also. He managed to pay nothing by hounding them and getting in their lives about how unethical they are!!! Joe, featured below is willing to get the ball rolling, I am with him, and I hope Phil E. gets involved too. We should be able to bankrupt them if we get together on this.

Miriam M. I think you are right in saying I should just pay the £175, I don't want to get hit with a bigger bill at a later date.
