I recently purchased a jacket and after waiting for God knows how many weeks it finally arrives and it doesn't even fit me. I want my refund ASAP and what even pissed me off most is the fact that there isn't even a return address. They can't just expect us to like it. I want my Refund

Thank you for your feedback. I want to extend my sincere apologies for the problems you have experienced.

The size on our website are Chinese size, and it normally one size smaller than US size and European size. Maybe you choose wrong size when your place the the order. You can return the items to us to get a refund, but you need pay the shipping fee to return it. The shipping fee maybe higher than the price of the item so we normally do not suggest the customer return the clothes to us. If you can keep the item, we can give you some other compensation.

We are really sorry for the problem and hope to get your understanding.
