I was totally ready to cancel my subscription this morning because of the incredibly slow response to your system.
I would recommend any updates in Software be done outside of customer hours in the future to avoid such a poor first impression to a new customer.
Anyway--Ms Janet Metz saved the day with her very helpful and professional approach to a irritated customer.
