I booked a flight with these guys and called them immediately afterwards to fix a typo in a passenger name. They charged me $49 without my authorization in order to make the change, then said they could not undo the charge. I got an email 10 days later saying that my booking had been canceled with no explanation. I called them and they said they couldn't verify my bank info. I know that that was a lie because they successfully charged my card (same card!) for the $49. I had to call them with the Wells Fargo fraud department on the line to get them to refund me that fee. I believe that their plan was to take that money and never attempt to make the reservation I booked.
Customer made an error in the name when booked online, our agent did advise there is a fee to make the correction, in which he did agree to. Out come, the $49.00 was refunded as customer's request, and booking canceled.
