“Poor support, defective products”

Got my 8GB module for Mac Mini... did not work at all... called them but their tech support person did not come to work today. I told them I wanted my money back... they wanted ME to pay the turn postage and I protested... now it must go to upper management.
Very unprofessional at best... still waiting for that call...

Bought Ipod shuffle knockoff in Sept... dead on arrival... no instructions, no brand name... wanted replacement after 4 emails give RA. Sent it back... sent it back.
Got email saying it was shipped... tracking in email did not show delievery.
Sent 4 more emails all ignored... letter to pres... ignored. Both this site and one sale a day are owned by the same hasidic Jews and they know they can make big money by selling defective goods, used goods etc. I FILED A COMPLETE FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE STATE OF NY, CONSUMER FRAUD... and sent a copy to their $#*!ing lawyer...
