Certainly, whoever calls himself "Cracked IT" should be hanged, drawn, quartered and burnt but the sad story is that he most likely is somewhere in a third world country using a fake ID and Visa top up cards that can easily be obtained nowadays, so his true identity would have to be identified by Serious Fraud Office.
