I wrote a review in the past about this company. I lost $500 and they sent me a Samsung Tab 4. This was not the one I wanted so I never opened it until last month. I was shocked to see that the tablet shows coloured lines on the screen. Now, because I am late in informing them I am not getting a return. The customer service is very RUDE. I shop a lot online but never received a malfunctioning product like that. This site is ripping off customers. Stay away from them.
Hi Parveen. We can absolutely refund the unused bids in your account. However, once you place your bids in auctions, you ultimately affect the outcome of those auctions. We can't refund every person's bids who lose or else our site could not operate. This is clearly stated in the QuiBids 101 and help sections of our site.
