Placed my order on 2/24. Did not receive a confirmation so I called on2/25 to confirm, after spending 47 min on hold waiting for a live person I was told my order shipped (credit card was charged) and was guaranteed for delivery by 3/5. Guess what? 3/5 comes and no delivery. Call back spend another 52 minutes waiting for a live person. My order never shipped, my cc was charged, they have a warehouse issue that they have known about for a couple of weeks and never thought to notify their customer. My party is tomorrow, 3/7 and my little boy is going to be so disappointed not to have any of his fun party supplies including a goldfish piƱata! What makes me insane is they knew they had a problem and never notified their customers they just assumed that when people did not get their orders they would call and then their untrained, non-sympathetic Customer Service people would tell me so sorry!
