The iYogi technicians have always helped me with any issues on my computers both big and small. They have updated my systems, removed viruses, corrected malfunctions, and just about anything you can think of. The technicians are very good at resolving all of my issues. They are well trained. What is fantastic is they do it all via network and it is easy. You don't have to call a computer technician and wait for them to come to your home and charge you a fortune or take it to a repair shop and be without your computer for a week. I would highly recommend you try them. I have been using them for over a year and they are great!
