Don't buy from this seller! They send their goods in poor packaging and when they are damaged you do NOT get a full refund. Some time ago I ordered 2 items (as gifts for a friend), both of them were damaged. When I contacted the seller, they offered me a 20% refund. When I said I didn't want a 20% refund as I would have to go and buy my friend a brand new birthday present, they then offered me 50% refund... obviously they do NOT understand English because I had already explained this was a gift and I would need to go and get a brand new gift... whereas they could have just simply replaced the broken item (which was only 1 drawer in a storage box). When I opened the dispute on Aliexpress, things got worse because now Aliexpress got involved and they offered me 2 options: return goods and get a full refund (which would have cost me 63 euro and the item value was 27 euro) or an 11 euro refund. At that point in time you get only a few days to accept or reject the options by Aliexpress. If you reject, you are totally screwed because the dispute is closed and you get nothing. So I needed to accept the best of the 2 bad deals... the11 euro... In Europe this is a violation of legal buyer rights, at Aliexpress this is called ' customer service' and whilst I am a diamond member of Aliexpress (and never really had issues before).

I have been ordering products from China for a while (mainly from Light In The Box and I have ALWAYS had EXCELLENT customer service from them). Usually I am satisfied with the products I am getting and the delivery times... well OK, it does take time (2 weeks minimum). But I can live with that because I know exactly when I order that it will take that long before I receive my goods.

Whilst looking for something specific I came across ahappydeal.com and thought... WOW! Their prices are even sharper than LITB, so I placed an order on 01/12... to my surprise they use the same shipping method as LITB but they charged me 14.19 euro, whereas LITB offers this delivery method for free.

Also the website from ahappydeal.com talks about shipping with DHL, TNT,... but when completing your order you cannot choose the delivery method, it's chosen for you and it's the cheap EMS one. I have never had a problem with EMS in the past so I thought OK, why not... still wondering what the 14.19 euro was for.

Today 02/13... still no delivery! That is 32 days AFTER ordering my goods.

So many of us have these delivery issues. What is this company doing? Are they saying that the order was packaged and shipped if it wasn't?

LITB can ship for free and can get packages delivered, using the EXACT same courier company within 2 to 3 weeks (10 to 15 days).

My advise: do NOT use ahappydeal.com, pay a little more and go for better service.

Oh, by the way... their customer service team informed me to contact them again after 60 business days (that is some time in April!) if my shipment wasn't delivered. Let's be serious here... nobody orders goods that they do not intend to use for 4 months! Besides, the 60 days is very convenient don't you think...? No credit card company or Paypal will refund your money if your complaint was not logged within 60 days (and that is NOT 60 BUSINESS days):-((

Second update:

STAY AWAY from this site. Their service is bad, reeeeeeeaaaaaaalllllly bad!

Their customer service team are everything except helpful (standard replies, avoiding to answer question and even silly replies such as 'due to Chinese New Year there have been delays... when it's a shipment that was ordered 3 weeks BEFORE Chinese New Year - it's almost insulting my intelligence that I wouldn't be able to look up the dates for Chinese New Year).

I requested a refund today... I am prepared for that going wrong too because with this company nothing seems to go well and so many people have written reviews that they did not get their money back.

P.S. Today I received 2 shipments from another Chinese company (Light In The Box), ordered 11 February, delivered to my house today 18 February. Only mentioning this because ahappydeal seems to blame the postal services for the slow delivery... but they use the exact! Same service as Light In The Box - so please don't be fooled by their claims of the bad service of others.

Ordered from them twice... and on both times my order was packaged and shipped really fast. When I got my items they were all brand new or in the condition they had advertised on their website. In short... a great website to buy from!

Oh and... they also throw in a free gift, which is really nice.

I have ordered items from LITB several times and overall I am happy with the service they provide.

Here is what I can add to the reviews on this company...
1.
When you receive a product that isn't good or doing what it is supposed to do, then always contact customer service and explain the issue and they will come up with a solution (I have done this and the after-sale service was great)

2.
Their prices... I am sure that some items are still very cheap, but I am predominantly looking at cosmetics and I am starting to see a change in their prices. Some items are even more expensive than in the USA (but are identical)... that to me is a shame because cost was my first reason for buying directly from China. Still... one can choose not to buy the item.

3.
Delivery times... what I like is that they have delivery options. If you need something fast, it is possible but you will end up paying the courier fees (which is the case everywhere). If you are looking to pay ZERO for shipping then that option is available too but the service is slow. It takes usually 2-3 weeks before receiving the goods (and they can't be tracked). These are choices and considerations to make.

Their customer service team is very helpful, friendly and service minded. I rarely experience this these days. Not once have I received a standard reply, it has always been a personal one, which makes me feel I am a valued customer.

I would have given this company 5 stars based on their customer service... but the pricing issue has been a bit of a let down so 4 stars.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! There are NO products to buy, there is NO customer service to speak to,... it's totally FAKE!

They use clever tricks such as 'extra 5% discount for bank transfer payment'... that is only so you wouldn't be able to claim your money back.

I did place an order with them but as I got no reply after 4 emails and numerous messages on their livechat, I decided to put in a complaint via Paypal (as I paid with my credit card). But because this is a totally empty shell, there was no reply on the message they had received from Paypal either and so I got all of my money back ( I was lucky).
