First, you took away face fitting. Now no more free Holiday cards, which is what brought most of your paid customers to your site to begin with (including my paid membership). I cancelled my account because Jib Jab is now too big for it's britches and thinks their greed will not ruin them. Think again Jib Jab. Your done.
Purchased a gift card that states it can be spent on-line or in stores. After purchase, found out it's on-line only. They won't respond and the gift card is STILL for sale on their online shop stating it can be spent in stores (which it can't).
