Be careful to rent the car with this company, they charge you additional (obligatory) "Refundable excess" 60 Euros and will not refund it.

Answer from EB: Refundable excess - it is additional extra insurance. It is not refundable.

Thank you for your feedback.

Please note that "Refundable Excess" is an additional option which You purchase with Booking Group company and it covers the expenses for the amount up to 750.00 EUR of your security deposit in case if You have made the damage to the rented vehicle.
You can always refuse to purchase this option on step 2 at the moment of processing booking. Also you can cancel "Refundable Excess" protection before the beginning of your rental period by sending a request to the reservations@bookinggroup.com.
