I had a problem with BeenVerified billing. I did not notice that I had been charged on my credit card improperly for 3 months. When I discovered this I sent the company an email explaining what happened and asked for a refund. In less then 48 hrs. It was fixed and the charges reversed. What a breath of fresh air. I expected all sorts of hassles.
