I do not like being called and harrassed to spend extra. If I wanted it, I would have booked it online. As a result, I will book my car and hotel on my own.

I arranged a 20 min. Telephone pitch with a salesperson. It was a pretty good (1 hr.) presentation and I was considering signing up, but I explained to her that I do not make decisions on the phone and I would not be signing up yet. She was determined not to let me off the phone without a commitment and got very pushy and aggressive. I finally told her that I would get back to her later and hung up. The next day, I followed by email with questions, but there was never any response. This was over a month ago.

Tip for consumers:
Do not be pushed into anything you are not ready to commit to.
