I bought a HTM 9500 " smart "phone arrived 17th December Since then I have been trying to get the phone to work. Batteries wouldn't keep charge. Bluetooth will not operate as it appears it has not been installed. Will not connect to my computer laptop as no driver will install. Probably more wrong that I have not found yet. Was offered $7 dollars to repair it locally. Ridiculous as cost cannot be ascertained before repair and guarantee would be void im sure.
I have spent hours and hours trying to get it working. I am being continuously given the same resolutions by everbuying.com which I keep telling everbuying are not working. Spent €90 euros plus customs €15.80 on this as a present which was returned to me(embarrassing).
