O. K for some cheaper items, have been scammed twice to cut a long story short sent a cheap ish phone off to guess the country and learned my lesson never ever done that since! Ordered a netbook power adaptor the other week took ages to arrive ill fitting and burnt out within 2 hours of usage although got full refund 5 days later! BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU DEAL WITH! Also lots of items available on this website can be picked up much cheaper elsewhere! :(

Excellent, clean site very good interface couldn't really be improved upon!

Unnecessary ad popups and had my p. C virussed twice with a browser hijack if using, get a very strong anti-virus, keep it up to date and use extreme caution when using this site.

I only won two very cheap items with the free sign up credits and a small credit package I won with these. Have never purchased credits as they seem to be quite expensive. Can be addictive and should really be rated as gambling! Although goods won did turn up in a timely fashion and excellent condition. Unfortunately not very up front with the p&p charges so 2 of 4 stars!

Ripped me off sent a 1gb memory stick claiming it was 16 and the memory chip has fallen out now completely F**kin useless. E-mailed a complaint and got the response send a photo which I did, they then only offered a replacement and said I first had to pay to send the sh*t back! Completely useless avoid!

If common sense is used then great for staying in touch with friends. There are lots of viruses, web browser exploits and other scams if you're not careful also has a ridiculously vague privacy policy!

I have been scammed buying and selling on this site! Certain goods I bought broke after 2-months with no way of getting a refund as the seller had simply changed i.d. When selling goods on here I've had people swap them for broken ones and return them! Also had experience of shill bidding and bid shielding! Absoulute rip off FVF and Fees with absolutely no protection for sellers and buyers can also be shafted advice be careful what you buy, check feedback or steer well clear!

All orders have been of excellent quality and received within a reasonable timeframe! Highly Recommended.
