Ted's is a third party vender through Newegg. I received an email from Ted's advising my headphones had been delivered. They were not and I later learned from Newegg they were delivered to the wrong address. The only response I received from Ted's was that I was outside the return window for the (not) delivered item. I notified them of the non-delivery the very next day. Newegg took 21 days to refund out of their pocket. Ted's was identified by the first Newegg customer service representative as a problem company. I'll buy from neither in the future.

I ordered Sony Headphones from Newegg and was advised the order would be fulfilled by Ted's Electronics. I received an e-mail from Ted's advising the Headphones were delivered. They were not and I would later learn from Newegg they were delivered to the wrong address. Very long story short: Ted's Electronics completely inept and missing in action. Newegg needed 21 days to figure out how to refund my money, only after numerous "Chats" and phone calls, with never the promised update(s) and missed deadlines. After asking for a supervisor 20 days in, the next day I received an e-mail that a refund has been processed. Believe it when I see it on my statement. Offered a $20 coupon by Newegg... as if I'll ever buy anything there again!

Took over a month to get a refund even though we canceled well with the 100% refund window. Multiple e-mails, VRBO Messaging and phone calls were required. I suspect they count on a percentage of people will simply forget to check their account for a refund.

Been trying for a year to stop monthly payments from being deducted from my account ($39 each month). They always apologize, point out how it's really your fault, promise to refund and then just keep right on charging your account. As stated above, please check out the (as of today 127) BBB complaints.

Dress delivered was not the dress pictured on web site (knock-off). Poor materials and poor workmanship. Company refused refund. Offered 15% credit to our account that was never posted. I am contesting charge through my credit card company. JenJen House knows customers have no options since they are located in China.
