I ordered Sony Headphones from Newegg and was advised the order would be fulfilled by Ted's Electronics. I received an e-mail from Ted's advising the Headphones were delivered. They were not and I would later learn from Newegg they were delivered to the wrong address. Very long story short: Ted's Electronics completely inept and missing in action. Newegg needed 21 days to figure out how to refund my money, only after numerous "Chats" and phone calls, with never the promised update(s) and missed deadlines. After asking for a supervisor 20 days in, the next day I received an e-mail that a refund has been processed. Believe it when I see it on my statement. Offered a $20 coupon by Newegg... as if I'll ever buy anything there again!
