I live in Sydney, Australia (a long way from Florida, USA) and when the AUD is close to the value of USD (ie no less than AUD0.90) I utilise the services of MyUS.com when I purchase items in the USA
I decided to purchase some Travelpro luggage (very volume metric) in the USA even though currently the AUD is floating around 0.75 (not good losing AUD0.25 in the dollar)
Anyway I purchased my four (4) items and they arrived at MyUS.com from the retailer within 24 hours.
After exchanging many e-mails between MyUS.com and myself about trying to secure the most affordable and cost efficient shipping charges I decided stay out of bed until 23:00hrs Australian time (09:00hrs Florida time) and speak to a customer service representative.
I struck gold, John in customer service answered the call and I explained my problem to him, he briefly explained my problem to Patricia also in customer service and within 10 minutes my problem was solved and my shipment was on it's way downunder.
You wouldn't believe it about 30 minutes later (23:30hrs in Australia) my telephone rang in and it was John confirming my shipping rates and also advising my shipment was ready to go... unbelievable outstanding customer service
If that's not excellent customer service I don't know is...
