Thanks for your reply, but I have tried to contact various members of your staff through the forum but it just does not work... waste of time. Also how can I have a technical fault with a sweater?

Well Surprise, surprise this item finally turned up 35 days after dispatch. I opened the parcel and out fell a dish rag - no not a dish rag but a jumper which was soaking wet right through. Did it come by sea?

I decided to wash it, but there are no washing instructions on it, so if it shrinks or loses shape I will expect a refund - wishful thinking...

Bad, bad, bad. Avoid
