Get this: We were told that for $14.95 per person we could pick our seats and that our baggage would be free. When we could not pick our seats from the on-line site, we called back and told "Charles". "Charles" said his supervisor would refund our $14.95 if we agreed to by travel insurance for $50 (Sweet guy!) but that "Steve" was wrong about the luggage and we would be charged. Oh and by the way. It took 24 hours before we could go on line and reserve the four scattered seats that were left. Their English is barely understandable.
