May 14,2015. I made a hotel reservation and never received an email confirming the transaction. I sent several emails to Groupon customer support (they make it very difficult to even get any support by getting you lost in a Q & A maze)and all I received was a reply that someone would contact me. It is now the next day and still no contact from Groupon. This is the first and last time that use Groupon for Hotel reservations. The price does not make up for the lack of support and aggravation. Terrible service! Stay Away!
