It is true that they have yearly contracts. And it is also true that paying your membership will NOT bring you leads on its own.
To the persons with bad experiences, did you use all the resources included with your payment?
You are given a storefront, social marketing and review tools, but it you don't use them, you cannot expect much results... also, my clients are getting leads outside of wedding wire even, but driven and positively impressed by the reviews they read on the vendor's Wedding Wire Store Front.
If anything Weddingwire is doing a poor job insisting on paid customer to actually use their features. Once you do, if you have excellent services and products and care about your customers, you wont be able to help but to attract more customers.
