I recently discovered Shein and have made several orders (T-shirts, pajamas, hair clips, cosmetic brushes, etc and recently plastic box organizers). The size charts are hit or miss, the quality of the merchandise is extremely poor (stitching, material (weird odor), the plastic boxes came cracked and lid wouldn't close [they were wrap in 1 layer small bubble wrap and in a plastic bag), and just in, the satin pajamas bled in the wash (I used cold setting) discoloring the whole load. While some stuff is returnable, other stuff is not, EVEN IF IT CAME DAMAGED! One of the plastic containers had something black (bug?) pressed into it. The return process is difficult - you can spend more money in the printing, packing material and gas than the $10, $5 or $2 dollars you are trying to retrieve. And the $30 and $50 orders add up. They suck you in with really nice pictures online, but most of the merchandise doesn't come close to those pictures. There is no customer service, not even a place to e-mail someone online. Also, they change prices quickly - some stuff I ordered and didn't even receive yet, price lowered by 50%, and they do not do price adjustments. I Wish I never found this website.
