Amazon is hit and miss. Some of their suppliers are horrible. I ordered tweezers and two weeks later got three bottles of some type of fungus solution. The company asked me to change my review and told me to keep the bottles. I refused to change the review unless they mailed me the product. This has happened before with foreign companies. I say foreign only because of the messages I receive. You need to watch your shipping costs. I do like using them for CDs, movies, etc., but that is not often.

I bought an $800 moissanite ring with platineve metal. The shank broke, and I was told they might not be able to fix it. I was told I should have bought the two year warranty. Really? Don't buy from them.
