I have many issues with my order. First of all, I tried to place my order online but kept getting error messages. When I called to place my order there was a major language barrier. I had to spell out everything and repeat myself MULTIPLE times. I gave her my email about 5 times and she still got it wrong. The same occurred with the spelling of my mothers name. Her last name was misspelled. The card also did not have proper sentence structure or punctuation.
I called back after not getting a confirmation email and got that corrected. The order was to be delivered on Mother's day and it came the day after. It said on the website that it was supposed to come with an apology if not delivered on the day indicated and it did not. On top of that I carefully selected a order without lilies or carnations and it came with both. My mother is extremely allergic to them. Her flowers were a lot smaller than pictured. The description said it was supposed to have roses and daisies. It and ONE rose! I'm not happy at all. In fact I'm embarrassed.
Described on the website as "Radiant roses, darling daisies, and gorgeous greens spring to life from this bountiful bouquet. Vibrant hues and sweet floral scents make this arrangement an unforgettable gift!"
As my mother is very important to me, I'm very ashamed at what was delivered.
