Since July 2020, I've purchased thousands of dollars in merchandise for my home. Items have been late, lost and some blatantly misrepresented. I'm so ready to finish this decorating job so I can discontinue using Houzz.

I set up a free account and was enticed to join by a large number of fake messages. "Photo likes", flirts or other non-communications are funneled into the INBOX to appear as messages. They are NOT. There was also a solicitation for sex. Really a distasteful site.
I was a member less than an hour before canceling my account. OurTime customer service is directly inline with the rest of their practices. My request for a refund was rejected.
Really great looking clothes … online. The reality is very low quality. These items look like they came from a loss leader giant chain store. Not good.
