Ordered for close than 200$ for my wife. They shipped the order in three different package, the biggest one, containing more than half of the order, had a mistake in the address so the post returned it back to Ericdress. I contacted Ericdress but their stupid automatic email answers was always asking the same: what is the order's number. To which I answered with lot of explanation and even printscreen of the notification, at least 5 times. I called them, very hard to talk to someone knowing what he is doing but still nothing to do. Then, no answers, no following. I had to ask again, tried to call, they were rude and treating me as if I am stupid... Then completely stopped to answer me, when calling after I said my name and order number they just closed the line. Very upset with Ericdress. Will never do business with them again.
