I bought 2 multipads and they were faulty, i returned them to the shop i bought them from and they sent em off to prestigio to be fixed... the problem i have is my 2 young boys have them 9 dot codes on them. Because the multipads took over 2 months to be fixed the boys forgot their codes... i've emailed prestigio asking for help but as of today they havnt bothered helping me out even though they were faulty... crap service that has 2 young boys without their pads... shame on you prestigio...
