"this company is the modern day version of Pirates. They force you to sign into a membership when you want to buy a single item, and if you don' t read the fine prints of what a membership is to them, then be ready to lose some money. I was forced to pay 39.95 twice and after a serious talk to the representatives, they were willing to refund me only the last charge and not a penny more. After supposedly having my membership cancelled after being forced to pay one month of "membership," they charged me again a third month. At this point I was furious and was ready to file a complaint against them, but they agreed to refund me again and give me a discount on any item I wanted to purchase. I agreed, but since I didn' t like any of their crappy items, I waited for a few months. I still don' t see anything I like, however, I realized today that my so called "store credit" has been forfeited by the company. So guess what, now I don' t even have the money I have already been forced to spend any more. For all you guys out there looking for months of fun and running for your money, go on, this is the place for you; however, if you want to stay away from headache and don' t have money to give away to crooks like these guys, STAY AWAY."

It is certainly not our intention to mislead customers or force them into a membership!

The VIP Membership is one of two payment options you select during checkout with your first order. It is an active but flexible membership, meaning that you are not obligated to make a purchase each month, but that between the first and fifth of each month our VIP Members visit the site and either make a purchase or skip the month. It’s a button in your showroom, and you may skip as many months as you’d like.

If you do not skip or make a purchase between the first and the fifth, you'll see a $39.95 charge on the card, and this amount will turn to store credit available for use at any time. The terms and conditions of membership are stated twice during checkout, once more in the membership confirmation email, in the two reminder emails before the fifth and in numerous locations on the site.

As mentioned in our Terms and Conditions, here: http://www.adoreme.com/terms-conditions, credits resulting from the monthly charge on the 6th are eligible for a refund up to 30 days past the date of the charge. It is also mentioned in our Terms and Conditions that credits automatically expire 12 months after the charge.

Upon further investigation we see that your membership was cancelled and your account has been inactive since 2013-04-17.

That being said, we apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you, and encourage you to forward questions to our customer service team as you browse, via phone, email or live chat on site.
