If Irvine Company apartments, especially the non professionsls at Park Place, do you wrong and take your deposit, you are not alone. You can file in small claim court of Orange County and the judge has to order in favor of you because it is the law that deposits have to be returned. Also, write to California attorney general's office and tell them that Irvine Company charges you one extra night when you move out and that they consider all months as 30 days adding up to rent from you. These are unethical practices that wont stop unless you say something. There are $#*!y services by some IC employees for the high price of rent that you should report if you want to improve the company's hiring practice. Last, but not the least, make sure the crooks of Park Place have not added months to your contract and that your contract terms are not for 14-16-18 months when you had asked for 12. Report to the state of California attorney general's office that Irvine Company has no customer service and the phone and email line refers all of your complaints to managers of the complex whom you are complaining about. Do they retaliate? Are they mean? Yes, you better believe it, but this is illegal and you have to report that too. Over all Irvine Company doesnt respond to any complaints except maintenance issues and for every other thing, they have adversarial lawyers to attack you rather than resolve your case. Report the abuses on the website of california attorney general because Yelp gets paid by Irvine Company to hide snd delete bad reviews. Stop trusting Yelp and use other sites for voicing your opinion.
