I bought two item in beginning of June. One item i got in July but second one still didn't get. After writing 3-4 mail regarding refund i got a proper reply on 11th September that they will refund my money. But it could take max 45 days.
Today is 31st oct and still i am waiting for my money. I again tried to write mail about money refund and customer service is replying me that i have wait for some days because they will start this refunding process from today
