Ryan if you or Luke or any number of the other people I've attempted to reach out to for proper customer service over the past YEAR had actually rectified the situation, I wouldn't currently have the dispute through the Better Business Bureau.

Can I give no stars? Same spiel as everyone else. 7 months and only half my order was fulfilled. Granted I live abroad which only complicates things. Just got off the phone and they gave me $#*! about a refund. Complete trash. Getting the lawyer involved in this one.

Still no product. Still no refund. Currently in the middle of a dispute with the BBB and "helpful" Ryan here states my order is no longer in the system. Isn't that convenient? I have my receipt. Give me my money so that I can donate it directly to another org.

Same spiel as everyone else here, agreed. These people, about 50 of them, here have had their orders delayed. I am sorry you were one of them.
