I have Citi bank account for 2 years. There were several issues with customer service and services offered by Citi bank which made me apply for Chase bank card. So I can close the Citi card.
(1) Absolutely avoid setting up automatic online balance payments with Citi. Citi managed to debit my bank account twice in 1 week for the same amount. As I contacted customer service they never admitted the did. And never reimbursed me for the overdraft penalty from my bank.
(2) When I submitted the dispute against the online store (Best Yoga Store) which provides low quality and not matching description merchandise, The Citi bank didn't consider protecting the customer.
Citi bank settled dispute to the advantage of trader, e.g. BYS. Even though the information/response provided by the merchant was not specific to the complaint. There was no prove of quality of the merchandise they shipped. However Citi accepted the response and requested that I obtain the evaluation of the merchandise from third-party merchant. This can't be reasonable request. This way they only support the online scams and fraud, and NOT their customers.
There are other disadvantages of being Citi bank customer, e.g. very long phone waiting times (15-20 minutes at times), lower credit lines (that effects your FICO score if proportion of balance to credit limit is higher). So be aware.

I was not able to return the merchandise because the company "scared" me with very high international return fees and declined providing the return information. Pants still with me in original package with the originating address written in Chinese. Also I was not able to contest the payment through my credit card. BYS submitted a confirmation of the order to Citi bank dispute request. Citi bank was useless to fight for the customer.
All the positive reviews of BYS merchandise are fake. Think, when you go to Best Yoga Store website: https://bestyogastore.us/pages/customer-reviews
And try to leave the feedback/review -- there is no way, you absolutely cannot leave you review.

PLEASE BE AWARE you won't be able to return your purchase in case you are not satisfied with quality or size. Here is the response from BestYogaStore (copy&paste) when I asked them for the return address or return instructions.
They are NOT located in United States.
"If you want to pay the very expensive international shipping fees it will be around $200 because of the custom clearance for merchandise entering the destination country! Your return is considered as an import and will be destroyed by the custom agents if you do not pay the custom clearance ($150 due high import taxes in our country). The package needs to be in the exact same condition and sealed as received or else, you can't have a credit."

Save your money, order from verified stores. My order (3 pair of leggings) arrived. It took about 3-4 weeks. The sudo-leather leggings were ok (fit and look) however the zipper was broken, so need to send those back. 2 other pairs of leggings - are made out of very bad, cheap, thin material which doesn't stretch. Fit is bad - it doesn't matter if you are skinny or not so skinny - your buttocks either doesn't fit in or the leggings will be too loose. Just because there is no stretch and material doesn't give. I am very very very much disappointed. I emailed Best Yoga Store about the return but haven't heard back. Assume they won't refund me. I should of spent same amount of money on Lulu or Athleta.

I ordered 2 dresses from this website: http://www.rosewholesale.com/
It's understood that delivery takes long time as items are coming from China.
But below is the list of what I can't understand and do not appreciate at all as a customer.

1. Items are not as shown on pictures.
On pictures dresses looked great. The arrived items looked totally different, like they were NOT made by looking at the same pictures. Length, colors, even necklines were different.
2. Quality control does not exist.
I was not happy with the quality of the dresses - loose hanging threads everywhere (neck & bottom), missed stitching, bulging around the zipper line, liner not attached to the dress and way too short.
The list of quality issues can go on and on and on.
There was simply no quality control performed on these dresses.
3. Customer service is RIDICULOUS
When I asked for return instructions and refund, I was offered 2 options - keep these items and get a refund (or discount) of $2 (US) OR ship them back to China on my expense.
I declined both offers as I found it almost disrespectful to buyer. The quality is something the seller should be responsible for. Offering a discount of $2 for quality issues is clearly NOT A SOLUTION to me.
4. Positive product reviews on the rosewholesale website are FAKE.
There is no way, place on the website where you can submit your review/feedback about the purchased product/item. That raises the huge concern and red flag about the "positive reviews" uploaded on the web. I honestly believe those reviews aare FAKE.
BWT, I asked customer support to provide instructions on how to leave the feedback on their website. I asked this question multiple times and it was ignored multiple times.

Bottom line: This is very "shady" bussiness. Don't buy anything from them. Save those $20-30-50 and invest those money in something you actually going to wear.
