I made an online purchase on the 20/12/2013 for 3 units and paid extra surcharges for an express delivery by dhl. The delivery was made after Christmas 30/12/2013 by dhl, only to find that of the 3 i had ordered i only received 2 and i was only invoiced for 2 units.
I had to confirm with the purchase order and found out that i was short by 1 concealer. I enquired with the customer service and they we apologetic and stated that they were to send my package through as a normal delivery of which this was going to take between 5 -35 days.
I did let them know that this will be very unfair' as i had paid $30 for postage and i was told that they ship the consignments in 2's.
From the 04/01/2014 i have been requesting my refund and today is the 10/01/2014 i still have not received my money back.
If you want to buy from "ROSEWHOLESALER" please do it at your own risk as you are certainly going to be frustrated and will never get your goods or money back.
