Ordered an item 11/22 that closed 11/24 no voucher needed item to be directly mailed to home- its now 1/2/13 no item, no track number, no info for the company selling the item and vague response from kgb stating the item takes 4wks its been 5 and 1/2 weeks. I dont see any phone number listed for kgb. Is that an oversite or a way of ignoring cust issues?
