I PLACED AN ORDER LAST WEEK, THEY PROVIDED ME WITH MY TRACKING NUMBER AND A PHOTO WITH MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON A PARCEL, SYDNEY BOUND.
TODAY AS I HAVE GONE TO TRACK THE PARCEL, IT HAS COME UP AS "NOT FOUND"

PUZZLED, I TRIED AGAIN.
WHEN I ACTUALLY TRIED TO LOG MY INQUIRY, IT WOULD NOT LET ME SIGN IN AT ALL, I THEN OPTED FOR THE 'PRE SALE' OPTION FOR ANSWERS AND WHEN THEY DID THEY WERE NOT HELPUL! THEY HAVE PROMISED MY DELIVERY FOR APRIL 24TH, WHICH IS ONLY A FEW DAYS AWAY, LET'S SEE HOW THAT GOES.

Yesterday, I had tried to send a message -during office hours- but they had be blocked. I was assured that the tracking system would be updated Yet, I am still waiting... This is beyond Rediculous and I am in an absolute fit about this now.
