This seems to be a regular occurrence with this company. I never redirected my order. The package was deemed "undeliverable" and sent back to the company. After a long chain of very unhelpful emails, I still don't have my purchase or a refund.
This is the most unprofessional online company I have ever dealt with! I can only hope this issue will be resolved. I regret ever using it and will never user it again!
