I ordered my on the 7th, and JUST got it today (the 30th). After a million emails to the company about changing my shipping address since I wasn't going to be home during the holidays (the website mentions extra long shipping time because of the holidays AFTER I already ordered - what?!), and only receiving automated emails back, I finally got my order today - here's the worst part: I only got half of my order! I paid almost 60$ to get two sets of sheets, and they sent ONE.
The most hilarious part is that they whited-out the second order on the receipt they sent me as if i would just somehow FORGET that I paid for two (I'm looking at my statement now - they DEFINITELY charged me for two.)
It has been such a headache working with NMR, and to get such a $#*!-tastic order is just a big slap in the face after receiving automated messages all week (they just send one batch email to every user! They don't care about your problems, they just send you a bs email about being patient during the holidays.)
I know what you're thinking - maybe they're sending two packages? NOPE. Their website says they only sent ONE and that ONE package has both of my orders.
Again NOPE. I guess I could call them - OH WAIT! They shut down their call center and live chat feature for the holidays! Way awesome.
When I complained on their FB page, they immediately blocked my comments and deleted mine (and very many other negative comments) to avoid bad reviews. Uncool, nomorerack, uncool.
Never again.
