I was charged a high amount online for shipping than received an additional invoice in the mail from DHL after I received my item requesting more money to cover the shipping costs. I contacted MyTheresa and did not hear back. What's worse - the item I received did not match the measurements found on the size chart listed. It was about 4 sizes too large! Save your money and go to a site with reasonable and clear shipping rates and accurate size charts.

We noticed your problems here at mytheresa.com and have spent countless weeks researching it with the sole purpose of finding out exactly what’s wrong and, of course, solving the problem.
