I was charged a high amount online for shipping than received an additional invoice in the mail from DHL after I received my item requesting more money to cover the shipping costs. I contacted MyTheresa and did not hear back. What's worse - the item I received did not match the measurements found on the size chart listed. It was about 4 sizes too large! Save your money and go to a site with reasonable and clear shipping rates and accurate size charts.

Thankfully, we were successful in dealing with all of that infamous “red-tape” which wraps itself around such issues and our prices now include customs fees.
