Ordered my mom flowers for Mother's Day on 5/8 for delivery on 5/9. The order was never delivered and worst of all they never communicated this information. I called them the following day because their website only had " exception" in the tracking field. I find out the order was not delivered. I called waited on hold for 20 mins first rep hung up on me. I had my BF call because I didn't want to be rude because I was fuming. They tell him it was not field because the florist cancelled but would get it their on 5/10 guess what? It wasn't delivered on Mother's Day. So mom got nothing and I'm away so I couldn't go get her something. I called them and they got a nice piece of my mind. I will never ever order from them.

Ediet is rip offs, my intuition told me not to make the purchase but my friend said she ordered her pill online and they sent her product within days. I paid for express shipping and I was advised that I would get a tracking number but no product no tracking number and no email response, They did however debit my account. They have a bogus email address, no one ever replies.
