Unfortunately, we are reliant on hotels to enter information and provide updated photos of their properties. We apologize however, should the pictures that were displayed not represent the quality that you experienced upon arrival.
We always attempt to provide immediate replies and resolution to issues that are brought to the attention of our Customer Service team. However, in certain cases, we are completely dependent on hotels and their internal procedures in resolving cases. Rest assured however, any issue you have raised to us would have been immediately sent onto the hotel for a resolution, and we would have regularly followed up with the hotel to ensure we received a reply.
