Booking confirmation was never received. Just received the noshow cancellation cost. 503 euros out the window. No reminder was sent either. I used hotels.com for 4 other reservations and was very happy.
I am sorry to hear about this. Booking.com does provide an email confirmation to the email address that is provided on every booking, I would suggest you check your spam/junk file. While Booking.com does not provide guests with a reminder, we do allow guests to log into Booking.com to manage their bookings. Once logged in, you will see a list of all upcoming bookings and details. Guests do not even need an account, as they can use the booking number and pin code provided in the confirmation.
