All of the negative reviews here are extremely misleading about this company. Although, people who are happy rarely take the time to write reviews.
I am a very happy long-time Ideel customer. I've placed over 100 orders with them since July 2011. I've gotten some excellent deals, in my opinion. I have never had anything but a positive experience. I've never received the wrong item. In the event that I need to make a return, the process is simple, convenient and fast. I always opt for the store credit unless it was a very expensive item. You simply need to be aware whether or not the item you are purchasing is a final sale item or not. They are always clearly labeled. Customer service has been a positive experience and the reps have always been helpful. I've never had to call. All questions or issues have easily been resolved over Live Chat, which is a feature I love!
My only complaint, is that since I've been a long-time shopper, they are quite slow in getting new merchandise. I haven't purchased from them for a month or two as I've looked through all the same items numerous times. Although, I do keep checking for items that I like as they sometimes end up marked down even more! Though I'm a bit disappointed with the lack of new selection as we're heading into the 2015 holiday shopping season, but I will keep looking for those great deals!
