So I was frustrated to see I'd forgotten to cancel my membership and when I called to get it handled, I expected the run-around, to be honest! But to my surprise there were no lengthy waits, no double-talk, no hard sell! It was just a guy on the phone who was pleasant, professional and willing to handle my cancellation without delay!
I was pleasantly surprised!
As for the service itself, I got exactly what I wanted and was pleased with what I got (the report)! I just forgot to cancel is all... that was my bad!
