DON'T BUY FROM JUSTFAB! The will NOT cancel your membership if you ask them to. I've tried on multiple occasions to try and talk to customer service about cancelling my membership and they REFUSE to do it. I finally had to call my bank and have them block any withdrawals from this company and they said that I was not the first person to complain about this horrid site. The shoes aren't what's bad about this company, its the customer service and the lack of knowledge that they give you before you choose to be a VIP member.
