I am having the same issues as all the recent posts about not receiving items. I pleaced my order on December 3rd. Still no answer. No items... no resolution. I strongly suggest you contact the BBB as I have. The same response I keep getting is we have escalated this and please wait for a response. The only way they get reprimanded is if you contact the BBB (I've worked in corporate retail for 8 years, and they HAVE to respond to those claims from the BBB).
