Yeah, that is what I got from them. My parcel has been sitting in a warehouse for two months, according to the tracking number. The address is correct; things are shipped here (to my workplace) all the time. However, they let me know that "Technically, Rosewholesale is not liable for this. Therefore there should be no compensation in such cases." So I spent $161 on some items from a site (that has shipped to me before) to merely have them deny me the product or compensation. Thanks Rosewholesale, I trusted you. (In case you did not catch that, the thanks was ironic, meaning I did not mean it - why would I thank you for taking my money and denying me my product?).
