Place a order for 12,000 lip gloss tubes w/ trade assurance, had agreed to price for tubes & $770 freight shipping. Paid a 50% deposit of $1940. Received samples 1 month past the time frame & approved them so mass production could start. Go word over a month ago production was done but the BAD NEWS was shipping was now $1600! Filed a dispute right away since we agreed upon $770 shipping... LOST that dispute since Alibaba thought it was fair. So now I'm stuck so I agreed upon $1500 Fedex freight shipping with all the tariffs included just so I could get the product & not be out $1940. Paid of the other 50% I owed & the $1500 for Fedex shipping. Supplier was to ship my products on April 30th. April 30th comes & goes & I keep emailing & keep getting excuses & told "not to worry", I finally asked how long this was going to take to ship asking... days, weeks or months. 2 days later I was emailed a Fedex tracking number which I of course contacted Fedex to verify it. The tracking number WAS NOT FOR MY ORDER FROM CHINA & Fedex has NO record of any shipments being sent to my address... they checked for me using my address. So I open another dispute which gave the supplier 2 days to respond. They didn't, I escalated the dispute & got a alibaba response from Ada saying she was going to ask the supplier for documentation of shipment... I had asked for my $5340 REFUNDED at once since this was the 2nd time I had issues with the supplier & was given a false tracking number & the supplier stopped responding to my emails... Ada was given the SAME FALSE Fedex tracking number by the supplier & ACCEPTED IT! And told me my order has been shipped! They never bothered to call Fedex like I did to see if the tracking number was even valid for my order & just sided with the supplier. So now I'm waiting another 2 days for Alibaba to respond since I have demanded for the millionth time for the supplier to provide valid Fedex shipping documentation or refund my money which after reading all these complaints I'm guessing I'll be given the run around once again! Side note: Since I paid by echeck from my bank I have filed a dispute with my bank this morning. Hoping they can help me since Alibaba couldn't give 2 craps about a supplier providing false info. :(
