I used to shop at Ideeli religiously. They do have beautiful clothing and great deals, but like many reviewers before me I have had a problem with sizing and customer service.
I purchased two bra and panty sets last year (totaling about $101 total). When UPS dropped it off, they left it on my front step rather than my apartment office. Both were stolen. When I contacted Ideeli about this issue they told me there would be an investigation and my money would be returned if they were stolen. Although I attempted to contact them later, I got no response. The same thing happened when I ordered from Ruelala and they credited my account for the loss within 48 hours. I will not ever order from Ideeli again no matter how good the sales are.

It has been over a year since wrote this review and NOTHING came of it. The guy commenting on everyone's complaints said that he would "look into my situation" and never got back to me. I just downgraded my review from 2 to 1 star.
