“Finally - I got a refund for their terrible product!”

First piece of advice: stay away from this company. The clothing material is cheap, the products do not look like the photos, and it will take months for the package to arrive.
If it's too late and you have already purchased from them, then my advice is to file all complaints directly to Paypal via the Dispute Resolution Centre. I finally managed to get a refund this way.
Do not bother dealing with the Rosewholesale complaints system. It is a farce. They really only start taking notice of your complaint if you go directly to Paypal, or Visa, or Mastercard. Goodluck with your dispute!

Also, in response to the Rosewholesale query below, I bought this jacket: http://www.rosewholesale.com/cheapest/fashion-style-slimming-stand-collar-*******.html
But the product I received did not match the photo at all. Buyer beware and stay away.
